Deep in colour and high in tannin, full-bodied and robust–its intensity will roll thickly over your palate. Oaking is recommended.

A fresh young wine, best consumed in its youth. Cherries and plums fill the nose and the sweet cherry follows through to the mouth, where it lingers softly.

Bordailles Rouge

This wine is medium in colour, clean and refreshing in the mouth with flavours of raspberry and cassis accompanied by an aroma of bell pepper.

Bourgeron Rouge

Medium in colour and lower in tannin, this wine is dry and crisp in the mouth. Flavours of cranberry and cherry will delight the senses.

Cabernet Franc

This oaky, fruity wine has a complex aroma of plum, bell pepper, tar and toasted coconut rounded out with mild tannins and a pleasant finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Considered the noblest of all grapes, this full-bodied red is dark in colour and aggressive in nature. A hint of violet is present in the bouquet, typical of this variety. It’s superbly enhanced by oaking, and does well with age.

A dark, rich, full-bodied wine so smooth it’s like liquid velvet. Hints of plum and licorice in the bouquet lead on to dry, intense flavours of raspberry and strawberry.
